Maybe it’s just me, but i find it super annoying that the tittle of the film and whatnot is Alice in Wonderland, while the tittle of the book is Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland…

Glory Days (Original Cast) - Right Here
This one’s for the musical theater fans that follow me.
Two years ago I was writing a musical called “Another Break Home” about a group of high school friends who reunite every year at Thanksgiving. I had about half the songs written when I got wind of a show called “Glory Days” that was coming to Broadway. This show was doing exactly what I was trying to.
I bought tickets based on the very impressive live recordings I had heard and the subject matter. Needless to say I was pretty excited to see it.
Then it opened, played for one day, and closed.
Thus shelving any plans of my own to write a musical of similar subject matter or even get a chance to see it. Skip ahead two years and one of my best friends from college who now works for Glory Days’ mother theater, the Signature in DC, tells me that they’re releasing a cast recording of the infamous show.
Despite it’s one “Glory Day” on Broadway, I highly recommend checking out the music on Itunes. It’s well written, tight pop rock with nostalgia-laden, relatable lyrics. (For fans of Rent, Next To Normal, 13)
This totally just made my day!!!!!! Buying soundtrack……now.
